Return & Refund Policy

At SWEEP, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for service cancellations, disputes, and refunds.
1. Service Cancellation
a. Before Service Commencement:
- Free cancellation if made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time
- 50% cancellation fee if made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time
- Cancellation through the app or customer service hotline only
b. During Service:
- Full payment required if service has already begun
- Partial refund may be considered based on service completion percentage
- Customer must notify SWEEP immediately of any issues
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service provider fails to arrive within the scheduled timeframe
- Service quality falls significantly below our standards
- Incorrect service type or pricing was applied
- Technical issues prevented service delivery
- Service provider was unable to perform the requested service
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a refund request through the SWEEP app within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
- Include relevant photos or documentation if applicable
- Our customer service team will review the request within 48 hours
4. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed through:
- Original payment method (3-5 business days)
- SWEEP wallet credits (immediate)
- Bank transfer (5-7 business days)
5. Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our services. If you're not satisfied with the service provided, we offer:
- Service correction at no additional cost
- Partial or full refund based on the circumstances
- SWEEP credits as compensation for inconvenience
6. Disputes and Resolution
In case of disputes:
- Our customer service team will mediate between customer and service provider
- Both parties will be given opportunity to present their case
- Resolution will be based on service evidence and platform policies
- Decision will be communicated within 5 business days
7. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in cases of:
- Customer-caused delays or obstacles to service completion
- Unavailability of customer during scheduled service time
- Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions
- Requests outside the scope of booked services
8. Policy Updates
SWEEP reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the app or email. Continued use of SWEEP services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
